What We Do
Futures Co-Create 未來聯創 is a non-profit social enterprise based in Hong Kong. Our mission is to nurture Futures Co-creation Competence (FCC), thereby empower future shaping and DII (Diversity, Innovation, and Inclusion) both among the public and within organizations. We foster inclusivity and synergistic collaboration between individuals from various backgrounds to tackle shared challenges and capture shared opportunities for all. By cultivating foresight and the spirit and skills for exploration, tapping into collective intelligence, artificial intelligence, and integrating diverse resources, we drive breakthrough innovations that are inclusive and sustainable. Essential to our methodology is 'Futures Literacy', which facilitates individuals and organizations to envision probable and reframed futures, discern emerging changes, proactively prepare for uncertainty, and set a purposeful direction for co-creation today.
Why We Do
The interconnectedness of our world has not necessarily resulted in greater understanding and unity among diverse social and cultural groups; instead, it has often amplified existing divisions and conflicts on local, national, and global scales. To address this issue, Futures Co-create was established to promote cross-group, cross-cultural collaboration, turning tensions into creative energy, and refocus our emphasis on our shared challenges, shared opportunities, and shared destiny. Participants from diverse backgrounds, including those with opposing worldviews, can come together to communicate, understand differences and commonalities, bridge divides, resolve conflicts, envision plausible futures, and generate innovative solutions that promote inclusivity and sustainability for all.
How We Do
At Futures Co-create, we draw upon key principles and practices from various research-based disciplines. To create maximum impact for our participants, we have established three pillars of services: the Center of Excellence, Cross-group/ Cross-cultural Exchange, and Assessment Desk. These services have been integrated into many of our workshops and activity designs to provide an immersive experience and deliver effective results.
