In this 4-day program, we nurture Futures Co-creators with key capabilities in foresight, creativity, inclusive diversity, and future shaping —cornerstones of our pioneering Futures Co-creation Competence. Futures Co-creators, driven by curiosity, humility, and an open mind, leverage diversity and AI to boost creativity. They're armed with a broad range of skills including integrative innovation, CEDARS AI prompting, cross-cultural competence, futures literacy, Media and information literacies, and more. These enable them to effectively create inclusive, sustainable innovations addressing shared challenges from local to global scales. The program caters to individuals, professionals, organizations, governments, and students (through an education version).

The program includes three main activities, which are interactive learning, cross-group/ cross-cultural collaboration, and polls and assessment. These activities work together to bring about significant and measurable development for the participants.

4 Half-days Workshops
Depending on the participants' capabilities, it is possible to take each workshop separately. We advise scheduling each session one month apart, allowing participants ample time to digest and reflect on the content before moving on to the next workshop.
